I hate this time of year. Not because it's the Holidays, it's because this is the time of year that I get surrounded by my family, which isn't bad, but even though the majority of them aren't tards, they are the oblivious members who are, and they make me just wanna smash my head into a solid brick wall lined with C4, and ignite it. Thankfully, this year my Thanksgiving won't be ruined by too many people, as we only have a few people down to visit....But I am going to be going nuts at Christmas...back in Michigan...little internet time, and probably not being on the 2.0 is the worst part!!!!!!!!!

I hate going to see my fams every year. This time I don't even wanna go and deal with the boredom.

It's not so much the boredom for me, than it is the fact I have a bad case of clostrophobia when I am around more than 10 people, and every Christmas, they are at least 20 people at my Sister's house.

I'm not a fan of holidays anyway.

I think the only people who do are kids...but now a days, the only thing they want in the latest in electronics, or toys, or whatever...not spending time with family...they could care less....I love my family, I like to spend time with them in SMALL groups...but 20 people in a double wide!? Ugh!! It's like sardines!

i can't stand 'the holidays.' it would be better if the few members of my family who are uptight would loosen up and party. but instead, the partyers in the group contain ourselves so as not to offend the stuffed-shirts. i end up daydreaming about being somewhere else.

I do that too, but I also make sure I take my PS2 on trips with me. Never know when it might be needed at some family members house who has more than one TV, so I can just lose myself in my games and ignore everyone.

I don't mind going to see family. It's just really boring going to the Christmas parties because no one else there is my age. Just a bunch of little kids and 'grown-ups.' I stay home for Thanksgiving and on Christmas day though. Usually we go to a party on Christmas Eve. I can't wait for Christmas! Fuck Thanksgiving!

Hm. This Christmas might actually be the first holiday in a while that I might enjoy. My dad isn't going to be there, so things won't feel all artificial and crappy.
